I don’t really diet, I am vegetarian, but that’s a lifestyle as opposed to a diet. I actually have been told by my doctor i’m too underweight so I’m eating like double of everything at the moment.
I guess if you don’t feel like you are loosing weight maybe re-evaluate what you are doing. It could just be you aren’t eating the right foods for your body or something simple! I’m sure you’ll get there ^___^
